Medical use does not validate an unknown product
Fentanyl is a potent synthetic opioid with medical uses. That does not make an unverified product safe. Products described by the same name cannot be assumed to have the same properties.
Breathing problems need urgent action
Being unable to wake someone or noticing slow breathing may indicate severe poisoning. In Uzbekistan, call 103 and explain the condition to the dispatcher. Waiting for reception to reply is not appropriate.
Explain what you know about the mixture
Exposure to several drugs can happen without the person knowing. Mention other medicines or alcohol as well as the name used. Reports of adulteration abroad do not establish that the same product is circulating in Uzbekistan.
