The initial rehabilitation consultation is completely free. Admission to MIDAS, duration and fees are agreed separately after assessment.

From booking to admission
Booking
Contact MMS reception by phone, Telegram or the online portal. This is not yet an admission — only a booking for the consultation.
Consultation and assessment
A conversation with a specialist at Labzak; if needed, a medical assessment takes place at the same clinic.
Agreement
Once suitability is established, the programme, duration, fee structure and arrival arrangements are agreed separately.

- When will the length of your stay be reviewed?
Living and daily routine
- What kind of accommodation is offered?

After the programme
- Which form of continuing support suits you, and who will be the responsible specialist?

The first step — a free initial consultation
You can ask about fees and terms directly at the consultation. There are three ways to book.
Where the consultation takes place

This is the general reception of the MMS network. Simply ask for “the free initial rehabilitation consultation at the Labzak branch”.
Through the online reception
The portal serves the whole MMS network. When booking, confirm with reception that you need the free initial rehabilitation consultation at the Labzak branch.
The portal works in Uzbek and Russian; the link opens the Uzbek version. Reception can also help you by phone or Telegram.
