How we handle your information

This page explains where your details go when you get in touch, what is shared with family, and what the licence states.

Confidentiality of enquiries

All enquiries are confidential. Third parties are not notified.

In practice this means that neither your employer nor any other organisation is told that you got in touch. What is shared with family is explained separately below.

Where booking happens

The booking button on this site opens the Mental Med online reception; you enter the details needed for an appointment there. Nothing is added to the link — no diagnosis, no personal data, no choices you made on the page — and the page address is not sent as a referrer.

The callback form on the MIDAS site is not active yet and does not send a name or phone number anywhere.

Where your data goes

Booking details are processed in the Mental Med online reception; read the portal’s privacy and consent terms before booking.

The MIDAS site has no advertising pixels, no session recording and no third-party chat widgets.

Sharing information with family

Information about a resident is not passed to the family automatically. What is shared, with whom and in what detail is set by the resident’s consent and the applicable procedure.

Consent is recorded in writing; the resident can change it later.

Medical documents

Medical documents are not collected through this website. If they need to be sent, agree a secure channel and the recipient with MMS beforehand.

Analytics

Optional analytics does not run before your consent. If Google Analytics is connected, cookies are used to measure general pages and contact buttons. Google may process cookie identifiers and technical device and network information. Names, phone numbers, diagnoses, form fields, article topics and search terms are not sent to analytics. Advertising tracking is not enabled.

You can change your preference at any time using the button at the bottom of the page. Declining or withdrawing consent does not affect access to website services.

Your rights

Requests about data entered in the online reception should be sent through the procedure and channels stated on that portal.

A separate MIDAS contact channel and data-processing procedure will be published on this page once confirmed.
