Preparing for arrival
What to clarify, and when
The consultation at Labzak and arriving at MIDAS are separate stages. Each has its own questions; ask them at the right moment.
Three stages
Before the consultation
Confirm with MMS reception that it is the free initial rehabilitation consultation, plus the date, time and who will attend.
Once admission is agreed
Confirm your arrival at MIDAS, the agreement terms and the costs. Booking a consultation is not a confirmation of admission to the residence.
Before you travel
Arrival time, who meets you and the contact channel should all be agreed. Do not assume a transfer is provided — ask.
Checklist
Ask before you arrive
This list does not replace the residence’s own rules. Check the current requirements with MMS.

- Which documents are needed?
- Through which secure channel, and to whom, should medical documents be sent?
Belongings and daily routine
- What can you bring, and what can’t you?
- What are the rules on contact, visits and the daily routine?
Agreement and payment
- What is included in the fee, and what is paid separately?

Arrival and contact
- What time do you arrive, and who meets you?
- Which channel do you use for questions or changes?
About medical documents and medication
Medical documents are not collected through this website — agree a secure channel with reception. Personal instructions on medication and treatment should come only from a specialist.
It all starts with the consultation
Booking is through MMS reception; arrival questions are settled at the next stage.
