The answers are short and rest on confirmed information. Where something is not settled yet, it says so.
Getting started and admission
If I book a consultation, does that mean I have been admitted to MIDAS?
No. The booking is only for the free initial consultation. Admission to MIDAS is agreed separately after a specialist assessment and a suitability decision.
Is the initial consultation free? Where does it take place?
The initial rehabilitation consultation is completely free. It takes place at the Labzak branch of MMS clinic: 10V Labzak Lane, Shaykhantakhur District, Tashkent, Uzbekistan.
Where does treatment take place — at the residence or at a clinic?
Medical assessment and any required medical stage take place at the Labzak branch of MMS clinic (10V Labzak Lane, Shaykhantakhur District, Tashkent). The rehabilitation stage takes place at the MIDAS residence.
Is there an age limit?
The programme is intended for adults. Other admission requirements are determined during the initial assessment.
Living and costs
How much does rehabilitation cost?
The initial consultation is free. The rehabilitation fee and what it includes have not been published yet; once confirmed they will appear on the Admission and fees page. Until then, ask MMS reception about the terms.
How long does the programme last?
An estimated duration is discussed during the initial assessment. A specialist may shorten or extend stages according to your needs, current situation and progress. Moving to the next stage depends on readiness to use skills independently as well as time.
The length of your stay at the residence and the schedule for subsequent support are agreed separately.
Can I get in touch from another city or country?
Yes, you can get in touch: the phone, Telegram and the online reception work from anywhere. Remote conversations and arrival arrangements are clarified separately.
When will I learn the address of the residence?
Once admission has been agreed — the address and arrival arrangements are given to you directly.
Confidentiality and family
Will anyone find out that I got in touch?
All enquiries are confidential. Third parties are not notified.
The exact address of the residence is not published either; the consultation takes place at the clinic’s Labzak branch.
What can my family be told?
Only information the participant has consented to share within an agreed scope is shared. The programme provides for individual consultations for loved ones, family meetings and support groups. Families are not notified automatically.
What if the person close to me refuses help?
Contact MMS reception and say that you are seeking help for someone close to you. Reception will agree with you who takes part in the conversation and how to book.
Is a result guaranteed?
No. The plan and the stages to expect are discussed after assessment; nobody can guarantee an outcome in advance.
