Approach
Working on habits, emotions and relationships
Together, we explore how dependency or harmful patterns of behaviour affect daily life. The aim is to understand difficult situations and develop skills for responding differently.
What happens in sessions
Individual sessions
You discuss personal difficulties, habits and the situations that bring them about with a specialist. Goals are set together and changes are reviewed at later meetings.
Group sessions
A specialist guides discussions about communication, relationships and difficult situations. Group work is introduced according to your readiness and stage in the programme.
Managing emotions
Sessions focus on recognising emotions, reducing tension and choosing a considered response instead of acting on impulse.
Everyday skills
You practise resolving disagreements, making decisions, asking for help and applying the skills you have learned in everyday life.
